Introduction:
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Busy Z Cleaning (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide residential, commercial, and rental/short-term rental cleaning. The exact scope of work for each visit (e.g., rooms, add-ons, deep cleaning) is confirmed at the time of booking or in your quote.
3. Access to the Property
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, lockbox, building codes, or in-person access). If our team cannot access the property or is turned away, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
4. Health & Safety
For the safety of our team:
• All pets must be secured if they may be reactive or stressed.
• We do not handle hazardous materials (including biohazards, mold infestations, or pest infestations).
• We may refuse or stop a job if conditions are unsafe.
5. Pricing, Invoices & Payment
Pricing is provided in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be flat-rate or hourly, as stated in your quote or booking. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
7. Quality & Re-Cleans
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours with details and, if possible, photos. We may offer a re-clean of the specific areas at no additional cost, at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs.
• Remove or secure valuables and fragile items.
• Inform us of any special surfaces, finishes, or instructions.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
9. Damage & Liability
We take care in your space, but minor, accidental damage can occur. Please notify us within 24 hours of the service if you believe damage occurred. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the value of the service provided for that visit.10. PrivacyWe respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.11. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
